Correct use of hand tools and latest advances in processing stone

The ASAA, Miller College, NSW and CDK Stone have joined forces to present the following programne on 26 November:

5.00pm: TAFE Teacher Michael Landers discusses the growing need for a highly trained workforce of qualified stonemasons required to meet the demand imposed by a rising tide of imports and increased local production.
5.00pm: A hands on demonstration of the correct techniques required to use the latest hand tools.
5.50pm: An audio visual presentation of the latest CNC and stone working machinery employed to cut and process natural stone. Presented by Peter Mitchelhill of CDK Stone.
6.30pm: Complementary food and beverages supplied by ASAA.
(All tools supplied by CDK Stone).

Admission is FREE to all stone & tile industry personnel, including ASAA members, and design and construct professionals.
